Colin Burns
Colin is our Associate, an independent multi-disciplinary designer & innovation consultant, a former director of IDEO London, Professor of Innovation at Dundee University, former RED Design Associate. Colin spent most of his career working at IDEO – the international design consultancy, famous for it’s user-centred, interdisciplinary approach. He has helped many of the world’s leading companies and organisations become more innovative. In 1991, Colin was a founding tutor of the Royal College of Art’s ground-breaking “Computer Related Design” Masters programme, with Gillian Crampton Smith. He is currently the Visiting Professor of Innovation at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee University.
